Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Supervisor to join our team at MANCON, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including inventory management, customer service, and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with inventory teams and management to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize stockouts.
  • Perform data entry and generate reports to track inventory levels, sales, and other key metrics.
  • Assist with training and supervising store personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 1 year computer experience
  • 3 years auto or heavy duty truck parts experience
  • 1 year inventory experience
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • 24-hour availability
  • Valid driver's license with 2 years driving experience
  • Obtain and maintain trainer forklift certificate
Working Conditions

The work environment is mostly performed in an office setting, with some requirements occurring at storerooms and warehouses in the field. Travel to site in a vehicle will occur.

Physical Requirements

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
