Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive B2B sales growth for our specialty food products.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with industrial clients and private label partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the industry and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of leadership/management experience - preferably within the food space.
  • Ability to serve as individual contributor to lead by example.
  • Prior experience working within food distribution or grocery store sales environment.
  • Experience with reporting and working closely with leadership to scale the business.
  • BA degree in Business Administration or related area of study is a plus.
