Company Overview: ASRC Federal is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance our security posture and support critical operations.

Position Overview: The Cybersecurity Engineer will focus on the integration and management of security tools and components, specifically within the Swimlane SOAR platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integration of various security components and tools, ensuring effective data exchange and API security.
  • Provide expert analysis and support for the Swimlane SOAR platform, assisting operational users with technical guidance.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions to enhance security measures.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure for Swimlane, including the development of custom workflows to automate intelligence gathering.
  • Collaborate with external teams to establish secure service accounts and API access.
  • Ensure the operational readiness of SOAR capabilities, anticipating future infrastructure demands.
  • Act as the primary contact for identifying and resolving Swimlane-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for users, administrators, and compliance purposes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in software development or information security engineering.
  • Three years of direct experience in Swimlane administration.
  • Three years of programming experience in Python or similar languages.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Linux server administration.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
  • Cloud certifications and experience, particularly with AWS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Certifications:

  • DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II/III certifications are required.
  • Additional certifications such as GIAC Certified Detection Analyst (GCDA), CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), or Certified SOC Analyst (EC-CSA) are preferred.

Clearance Level:

  • Must possess a Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Top Security/SCI clearance.
