As the Manager of Data Integration and Interoperability, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of Integration/Interoperability Engineers. Your key responsibilities will include enforcing the team's Azure DevOps documentation, assigning work based on priorities, managing timelines, and establishing high-level relationships with IEHP peers and external partners. You will also be responsible for negotiating new file layouts, communicating data impact to IT leadership and clients, and serving as a subject matter expert in key business projects and complex integrations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering from an accredited institution. You will also need to have ten (10) years of total experience with ETL and Data integration, Database technologies, Middleware components, Interface engines, Database design concepts, Distributed data architecture, and Cloud/Hybrid solutions. Additionally, you will need to have experience with API and Web Services, Exchange and management of patient and Clinical data, and proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing a team.
