Job Title: Healthcare Integration Developer

At RamSoft, we're seeking a skilled Healthcare Integration Developer to join our team. As a key member of our customer onboarding process, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our innovative RIS/PACS software platforms to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the integration of products using Java, XML, SQL, and the HL7 Standard and FHIR
  • Conduct system testing, configuration, and verification to ensure seamless handoffs to end users and the implementation team
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve integration issues, providing guidance and escalating unresolved issues to the team lead
  • Work with Implementation Managers to deliver interfaces on time for customers
  • Investigate customer issues, providing solutions through troubleshooting guides, knowledge bases, and research
  • Partner with R&D to enhance product features and performance specifications
  • Participate in a weekly rotation for on-call support and weekly team meetings
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting tasks using the command prompt
  • Knowledge of database engines, such as Firebird or Microsoft SQL server
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external personnel
  • Ability to analyze data for root cause determination, brainstorm resolutions, and identify potential risks
  • Passion for software development, with a willingness to learn, perform, and achieve
  • Ability to think analytically, logically, and abstractly
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and take on assignments and responsibilities
  • Enthusiastic attitude, strong work ethic, and aptitude to work in a team capacity
  • Experience in the Healthcare systems industry is preferred
