Job Overview

RamSoft is seeking a skilled Healthcare Integration Developer to join our team. As a key member of our customer onboarding process, you will be responsible for delivering our solutions to customers, including customer communication, requirements analysis, integration development, testing, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate healthcare software solutions using Java, XML, SQL, and HL7/FHIR standards
  • Conduct thorough system testing, configuration, and verification to ensure seamless handoffs to end-users and implementation teams
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve integration issues, providing guidance and escalating unresolved issues to team leads
  • Work closely with Implementation Managers to deliver interfaces on time for customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues through troubleshooting guides, knowledge bases, and research
  • Partner with R&D to enhance product features and performance specifications
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for support (average less than 2 calls per week)
  • Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to team discussions
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting tasks using the command prompt
  • Knowledge of database engines, such as Firebird or Microsoft SQL Server
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external personnel
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
  • Passion for software development, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong analytical, logical, and abstract thinking skills
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
  • Enthusiastic attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in the healthcare systems industry is preferred
