The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is a state agency responsible for leading the state's efforts in ensuring a secure water future for Texas. Our mission is to provide water planning, data collection and dissemination, financial assistance, and technical assistance services to the citizens of Texas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our facilities and equipment are well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates fleet management activities, including vehicle assignments, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manages mail operations, including receipt and distribution of mail.
  • Assists with property accounting, including reconciliation of property records and systems.
  • Coordinates office moves and rearrangements.
  • Provides daily courier services, including bank deposits and hand deliveries.
  • Maintains copiers, office equipment, and facilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in facilities or support services-related work.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to the Support Services Department.
