About Us: Our company, Automotive Manufacturing Company, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality vehicles. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all quality-related activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of quality control systems, conducting regular audits, and providing training and support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve existing quality control processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement new quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance).
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving quality control processes and reducing defects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $85,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience).
