Enhance Customer Satisfaction as a Quality Manager

The role of the Quality Manager at PSI Repair Services, Inc. involves understanding and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our existing Quality Management System (QMS) for service operations. The main objective is to ensure the delivery of consistent, reliable, and efficient services by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS through regular audits, inspections, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and improve processes.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
  4. Facilitate the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the quality mindset and skills of employees involved in service operations.
  5. Lead customer complaint investigations, identify trends, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
  7. Establish strong relationships with suppliers and partners to drive quality improvements in the supply chain.
  8. Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to senior management, highlighting areas of concern and improvement opportunities.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred) or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in quality management, reliability engineering, or a similar role, ideally in a service or repair business.
  3. Knowledge of and proficiency with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA processes, especially with the PPAP to support service and manufacturing reliability standards.
  4. Experience and proficiency with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.

Key Skills:

  1. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project) for documentation, reporting, and data analysis; advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and statistical functions) are preferred.
  2. Microsoft Project or similar project management tools for tracking quality initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
