We seek a Medical Device Quality Control Expert to join our team, contributing directly to the hands-on inspection and testing required to meet our ambitious production and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect Work-In-Progress (WIP) and finished inventory for non-conformities and defects, using microscopic and visual inspection techniques
  • Perform air and water leak tests, electronic component testing, and troubleshooting
  • Conduct material inspections for metal and plastic parts using precise methodologies
  • Achieve Production Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals by managing assigned production bins effectively while balancing daily orders and planned scheduled orders throughout the year
  • Maintain Stock Levels: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure minimum stock levels are consistently maintained to meet company requirements and customer demand
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, biology, chemistry)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with microscopes and small-part inspection techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards

Estimated Salary: $45,760 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
