Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team at EndoCorpUSA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our medical parts.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in quality control, electronics testing, or a similar field. They will be responsible for inspecting and testing parts, maintaining stock levels, and collaborating with the inventory team to meet production targets.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,760 per year, with opportunities for annual reviews and potential adjustments based on performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect Work-In-Progress (WIP) and finished inventory for non-conformities and defects.
  • Perform air and water leak tests, electronic component testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Achieve Production Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals by managing assigned production bins effectively.
  • Maintain Stock Levels: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure minimum stock levels are consistently maintained.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical certification or relevant coursework in quality assurance or electronics preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with microscopes and small-part inspection techniques.
