We are currently seeking a full-time IT Support Technician position based in Stuttgart, Germany.


To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a current DoD Secret security clearance and be eligible for DoD Top Secret clearance, NATO Indoctrination, and fulfill TESA accreditation requirements.

TESA Certification provides employees with tax exemptions for both Germany and the US, along with various other benefits.

This role is contingent upon contract award.

Potential Employee Benefits:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Support Technician - Deliver technical support to computer users. Address inquiries or resolve technical issues for clients in person, over the phone, or electronically.

May assist with the utilization of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrates expertise across multiple complex tasks.

Assignments may be broad, requiring creativity and innovation in determining how to achieve objectives.

Operates with significant independence in developing methods and presenting solutions to challenges.

Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics as applicable.

High School diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Must be proficient in utilizing various technologies such as computers and other tools pertinent to the role.

Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Active Passport.

Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
Cambridge International Systems adheres to Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements.

If this position requires OCONUS travel, Vaccine Recommendations by AOR lists applicable current vaccination requirements by location.


Office Environment:


Must be able to work in an office setting, seated at a desk, and focused on a computer for the majority of the workday.

Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion regarding sitting, walking, standing, etc.

May need to travel short distances to offices, conference rooms, and buildings on site.
