Key Responsibilities:

As a Hospitality Services Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
  • Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet guest needs and enhance their experience.
  • Ensuring the front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized.

Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent walking, bending, and lifting may be required.
  • Ability to handle and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
