Akam Associates Inc is seeking a General Property Administrator to manage our 800+ unit residential cooperative in downtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in property operations.
Job Description:
- Provide clear leadership and guidance to the onsite office staff and maintenance team.
- Oversee all activities and work performed, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of residential, commercial, and shared spaces.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage teamwork and accountability among all staff members.
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the cooperative, ensuring the seamless functioning of all facilities and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
