Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Putzmeister, specializing in mortar and shotcrete machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our tried-and-tested equipment to construction companies, contractors, machine operators, and other industry professionals.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, a hands-on mentality, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in the construction sector.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Highlight the benefits and features of shotcrete and mortar machines.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to clients on machine operation and maintenance.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes and close sales effectively.
  • Gather and report feedback from clients to improve product offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in shotcrete and mortar machines.
