Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our Nashville chapter, driving strategic growth, and fostering a culture of excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, providing day-to-day oversight of the organization and staff, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Nashville chapter, setting the tone for a culture of excellence and driving strategic growth.
  • Oversee all operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of the organization and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and responsibility.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans, securing resources to support our mission.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and donors, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the Nashville chapter, representing our organization to the community and media.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of leadership, with experience in organizational management, fundraising, and community engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
