Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Claire Myers Consulting. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Lead Wealth Advisor and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage mail distribution, and oversee office supplies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional customer service, handle phone duties, and perform data entry into Salesforce and other relevant software.
  • Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks, manage family schedules, and provide occasional household support.
  • Project & Team Management: Act as a liaison between the Advisor, shared services team, and back-office support, and manage communication flow between the Financial Advisor and the team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a support role within the financial services industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, Microsoft Office, Excel, and other financial software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and needs.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to anticipate the needs of the Financial Advisor.
What We Offer:
  • $40,000-55,000 per year.
  • Office space provided.
  • Two weeks of vacation and a Simple IRA after 90 days.
