About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying top talent to fill their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Consulting: Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build a network of senior-level tech executives and create impactful relationships to help them find their perfect new role.
  • Account Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and guide both candidates and clients through the interview process to create a smooth experience.

  • No prior recruitment experience necessary; sales or business development experience is a plus
