Optimizing Production Schedules for Plasser American

We are seeking a highly experienced Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Plasser American Corp.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules and ensuring efficient resource allocation across diverse business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Schedule Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules for multiple business units, considering low volume and high product mix requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure alignment between production schedules and business objectives.
- Resource Optimization: Utilize advanced planning techniques to optimize resource utilization, minimize lead times, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Scheduling Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and potential issues, implementing solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- ERP System Integration: Leverage Infor LN ERP system expertise to integrate scheduling processes seamlessly, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- KPI Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling and production, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Master Scheduler role within a multi-business unit industrial manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge and proficiency in working with the Infor LN ERP system.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
- Paid Time Off: Accrue 80 hours of paid time off during the first year of employment.
- Holidays: Enjoy 10 paid holidays per year.
- Retirement Plan: Contribute to a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match of $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed up to 6% of salary.
