Plasser American Corp Seeks Experienced Master Scheduler

We are a leading provider of railway equipment in North America, and we're looking for a highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our team. As part of our dynamic production optimization team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across our diverse business units.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in optimizing production schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging advanced planning techniques to minimize lead times and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules for multiple business units, considering low volume and high product mix requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure alignment between production schedules and business objectives.
  • Utilize advanced planning techniques to optimize resource utilization, minimize lead times, and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and potential issues, implementing solutions to ensure on-time delivery.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Master Scheduler role within a multi-business unit industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in working with the Infor LN ERP system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, and health insurance. Additionally, we provide tuition reimbursement, free short and long-term disability, and life insurance.
