Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst I to join our team. As a key member of our contingent workforce solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leveraging technical skills and industry knowledge to assist with system activities, application builds, and technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and enhancement requests professionally and efficiently
  • Leverage technical skills and industry knowledge to assist with system activities, application builds, and technical infrastructure
  • Collaborate effectively on multiple projects, managing individual work efforts and ensuring attention to detail
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports, designing and developing custom reports as needed
  • Analyze requirements and develop solutions to meet organizational needs and improve system workflows
  • Identify and pursue business transformation initiatives, using innovation to solve system and workflow challenges
  • Assist in training staff on new systems and applications
  • Fulfill on-call duties and other assigned tasks
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the Soarian application
  • At least 2 years of experience with HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle
  • Ability to troubleshoot Soarian interfaces and third-party applications
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with system activities, application builds, technical infrastructure, and industry best practices (e.g., ITIL)
  • Project management and teamwork skills
  • Competence in report generation and analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to fulfill on-call duties and manage other assigned tasks
