Job Title: Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst II

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst II to join our team at Ronin Group. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex issues related to our revenue cycle systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to revenue cycle systems, including Soarian application and HL7 interface troubleshooting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer questions, concerns, and enhancement requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Design and develop solutions to meet organizational needs, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently on projects, establishing goals, monitoring progress, and completing tasks on time and on budget.
  • Generate reports using tools such as IBM Showcase, QlikView, Cerner Command Language (CCL), OnDemand, and Siemens MedSeries 4 Query/Reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IS healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with systems like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, and PatientKeeper is a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of application build, design, technical infrastructure, and industry best practices.
