Job Title: Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst, Senior

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst, Senior to join our team at System Soft Technologies. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing revenue cycle information systems to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop revenue cycle information systems to meet the needs of our patients and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, system owners, and community partners to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Identify and document information technology design specifications based on user needs and generate need-gap analyses.
  • Develop and implement system scope and objectives, analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems, and devise or modify procedures to solve problems using data processing.
  • Provide expert-level support for revenue cycle applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, conventions, and regulations, as well as emerging and evolving technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience if no bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience.
  • Senior-level Soarian and HL7 interface troubleshooting experience required.
  • Strong technical skills in revenue cycle applications, including PBAR, Siemens MedSeries 4, Cerner, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Relay Assurance Plus, Visiquate, GE Centricity, and PatientKeeper.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct need-gap analysis, design system solutions, and analyze workflows to improve productivity and system efficiency.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead or participate in projects, manage timelines, milestones, and ensure timely and on-budget delivery of solutions.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle service requests, resolve problems, and communicate effectively with internal users, vendors, and peers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data integrity and security management experience, with the ability to manage system security, ensure data integrity, and maintain software upgrades and implementations.
  • Report generation and analytics skills, with the ability to create and maintain both standard and custom reports, utilizing technologies like IBM Showcase, QlikView, Cerner Command Language (CCL), and Siemens MedSeries 4.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and manage multiple activities efficiently.
  • On-call availability, with the willingness to fulfill on-call duties as required.
