Coach Peer Mentor

Elevo Learning is seeking a part-time, seasonal Coach Peer Mentor to join our team. As a Coach Peer Mentor, you will work with students in a dynamic and supportive environment, promoting social-emotional learning and supporting mental health and physical well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate games and activities with students, promoting social-emotional learning and physical activity
  • Supervise students during activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Communicate effectively with guardians and school staff, providing exceptional customer service
  • Implement strong behavior management skills and follow COVID-19 protocols
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 48 units of college coursework completed or passing the IA Exam
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
