About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach Peer Mentor to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Coach Peer Mentor, you will play a vital role in delivering our Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Physical Education (PE) curriculum to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage students in SEL and PE activities, promoting social-emotional learning and physical well-being.
  • Certify instructional minutes required for the program, ensuring compliance with school standards.
  • Facilitate games, demonstrations, and activities with students, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supervise activities, manage behavior, and maintain a positive and inspiring role model for students.
  • Communicate effectively with guardians, school staff, and other facility members.
  • Operate and navigate modern technology, including COVID-19 protocols.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 18 years of age.
  • Completion of mandatory MDR training and district required trainings.
