### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach Peer Mentor to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Coach Peer Mentor, you will play a critical role in delivering our Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Physical Education (PE) curriculum to students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage students in our curriculum, certify instructional minutes, and facilitate games and activities. You will also be responsible for creating a safe learning environment, implementing strong behavior management skills, and communicating effectively with guardians and school staff. ### Key Responsibilities

* Engage students in SEL and PE curriculum
* Certify mandatory instructional minutes required for the program
* Facilitate, demonstrate, and participate in games with students
* Supervise different activities with groups of students such as games and distributing snack
* Create a safe learning environment while implementing strong behavior management skills on the field
* Ability to communicate effectively with guardians and all facility members
* Basic understanding of operating and navigating modern technology
* Act as a positive and inspiring role model
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service for all students and school staff
* Follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school

### Requirements

* 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, or child development strongly preferred
* Authorized to work in the US
* High school diploma or GED
* 18 years of age
* Completion of mandatory MDR training and any district required trainings
