The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach Peer Mentor to join our team. As a Coach Peer Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering our SEL and PE curriculum to students, facilitating games and activities, and providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, coaching, or child development, and will be able to communicate effectively with students, guardians, and school staff. You will also be required to complete mandatory training and adhere to COVID-19 protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver SEL and PE curriculum to students
  • Facilitate games and activities
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A can-do attitude and a natural curiosity for solving problems
  • Excellent behavioral management skills
