Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Assume responsibility for designated areas, including the review and posting of transactions. Provide valuable insights into trends, risks, and discrepancies. Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and procedures to enhance accuracy and effectiveness. Ensure the precision and completeness of financial information.
  • Compliance with Accounting Standards: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of and ensure adherence to corporate, legal, and local accounting regulations. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports in line with various accounting standards. Oversee and document intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing support. Create and maintain necessary schedules and reconciliations.
  • Research and Financial Analysis: Aid in the investigation of accounting standards and requirements for potential expansion. Collaborate with Human Resources and Legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and employer record-keeping. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in both public and private sectors is preferred.
  • Experience in international business is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline is required.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required; travel is expected to be less than 10%.
