Job Summary
Triumph Protection Group is seeking a highly skilled Protective Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for protecting people and property from possible criminal activity. This includes providing exceptional customer service, preventing, observing, and reporting any unusual or suspicious activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Patrol the assigned area and report suspicious activities to local authorities.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property, and monitor crowds.
  • Respond to emergencies by contacting law enforcement or fire departments as needed.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into reports of suspicious activity on the property.
  • Reasonably detain individuals suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
  • Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.

Requirements:
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to write accurate and thorough reports.
  • Customer service oriented with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with good de-escalation skills and judgment.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible schedule required.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of property layout and ability to learn quickly.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Security guard training certification.
  • Less than lethal licenses/permits (baton, taser, pepper spray).
  • Holster Level 3 with duty belt.
  • Valid CA Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
