We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) sector, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recertifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee maintenance requests, unit turnovers, and ensure all work orders are processed efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Update property and tenant records for HUD compliance.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in property management, preferably in the LIHTC sector.
  • Familiarity with Maryland leases and regulations.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with tenants and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
