Job Overview

Medical Services of America Hospice of the Upstate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, identifying new business opportunities, and driving census growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and develop business development plans to drive growth
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources
  • Meet regularly with the clinical team to discuss market strategies and census growth
  • Maintain knowledge of Medicare and state-specific home health care regulations
  • Promote MSA's services across the home health continuum

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • LPN/RN license preferred
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • General knowledge base of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs
  • Ability to meet deadlines and consistently meet established quotas
