Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our operations and ensuring the successful completion of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic direction and guidance to our construction and project management teams.
  2. Develop and implement processes to facilitate project completion and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Prioritize projects based on customer needs and escalation, and assign tasks as necessary.
  4. Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and mentoring to improve skills and knowledge.
  5. Interface with vendors, subcontractors, and customers to ensure project success.
  6. Drive a safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of completing projects with a high level of quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.
  • A strong understanding of telecom construction and leadership principles.
  • At least 5 years of progressively challenging leadership experience in a telecom construction environment.
  • The ability to coach and mentor team members and drive change when necessary.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software.
  • Basic accounting principles and financial management skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Based on the job requirements, location, and industry standards, the estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
