Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting clinical trials, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and good clinical practices (GCP). Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years of research experience. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must also be obtained upon hire.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of clinical trials, including oncology studies. You will be responsible for identifying patient discharge needs, facilitating discharge planning, and coordinating ongoing care. Your ability to multitask in a stressful environment and make decisive judgments under minimal supervision will be crucial in this position.
