About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is a world-renowned healthcare organization seeking an experienced Research Nurse Coordinator to join our team in Oncology. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our mission by improving the ability for maintaining clinical trials and providing innovative treatments to patients daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation and conduct of research projects ensuring adherence to research protocol requirements, timely completion and communication of regulatory documents, and data capture and monitoring plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between investigators, research personnel, outside study personnel, and central research administration offices to assist in protocol interpretation, enrollment, and safety questions.
  • Utilize the nursing process as a basis for patient care, assessing research subjects, completing nursing assessments, and documenting findings in research subject records.
Requirements
  • Minimum four years of clinical experience, two years of research experience.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Demonstrated basic computer proficiency, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
