This position is structured as a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
Work EnvironmentThis role requires full-time presence in a manufacturing facility. The typical work schedule spans Monday to Friday, commencing with the first shift from early morning to early afternoon. Flexibility to transition to the second shift is necessary based on operational demands. The work environment is characterized by high noise levels, significant forklift activity, and exposure to moving machinery components. Candidates should be comfortable operating in such conditions.
