About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Comprehensive Solutions Account Executive to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-specific business plans to drive long-term, profitable partnerships with building owners and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine customer needs and develop tailored solutions to maximize account penetration and retention.
  • Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating next steps.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system application alternatives.
  • Travel to customer job sites to provide on-site support and technical guidance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or 4-8 years of demonstrated executive selling experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in executive selling.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
