Comprehensive Solutions Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Comprehensive Solutions Account Executive to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account-specific business plans to drive long-term, profitable partnerships with building owners and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Determine customer needs and develop tailored solutions to maximize account penetration and retention.
- Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating next steps.
- Provide technical expertise and consultation on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system application alternatives.
- Travel to customer job sites to provide on-site support and technical guidance.
- Bachelor of Science or 4-8 years of demonstrated executive selling experience.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in executive selling.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
