Job Title: Market Access Operations Associate

Job Summary:

The Market Access Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Market Access department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Partner with the legal team to track SOW and contract renewals, and with the finance team to manage budgets and track spend
  • Review and track market access invoices for accuracy and maintain shared department resources
  • Assist in developing content for ad hoc projects and initiatives, such as Pricing Committee meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Manage internal data and tracking needs related to the payer team and market access contract performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., math, business, life sciences, healthcare)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain data and communicate summaries to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, with experience in budget management and project management
  • Collaborative experience working cross-functionally as a team to achieve common objectives

Working Conditions:

  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk; sit; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Limited travel may be required.
