Job Summary
Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Outreach Representative to support a healthcare startup client on a short-term project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to pharmacies to collect data.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team Lead and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to pharmacies to collect data.
- You will be expected to make 12+ outreach calls per hour, resulting in approximately 80 calls per day.
- Equipment will be provided to ensure a high-volume call center setting.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Experience making 80+ outbound calls per day
- Healthcare background, with comfort and confidence in pronouncing names of various medications
- Ability to work without time off requests for the duration of the project
- Remote work experience
