We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Outreach Representative to join our team at Insight Global. As a Pharmacy Outreach Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare startup client on a short-term project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to pharmacies to collect data under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team Lead and Head of Operations.
  • Work in a high-volume call center setting, making 12+ outreach calls per hour (~80 per day).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure accurate data collection.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a call-center environment.
  • Experience making 80+ outbound calls per day.
  • Healthcare background, comfortable pronouncing names of various medications.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
