Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Toddler Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Lead Toddler Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to drive learning and make TLE a fun place for children.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
  • Manage classroom operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning experience for all students.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
  • Meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
