Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to drive learning and make TLE a fun place for children.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Manage classroom operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning experience for all students.
- A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (required).
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
- Meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour.
- Monthly bonus pay (rates based on experience and qualifications).
