Job Details

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Work Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our civil site work projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Review work progress on a daily basis.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones.
  • Coordinate and manage all project activities to ensure project progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil site work project management.
  • Proven working experience in construction management, including record of successful project completion.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and create contractual documents, agreements, and bids.
  • Proficient in construction management software.
