The Technology Department at Agoda is supported by the Tech Recruitment team, which plays a crucial role in managing the hiring process for the Tech Department. We collaborate closely with Tech stakeholders to ensure that recruitment targets and key performance indicators are met. The Role:

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping Agoda's success by devising and executing innovative recruitment strategies aimed at identifying high-quality and diverse candidates. Your focus will be on generating active candidates for various positions within the Technology department, both locally and globally, while serving as a recruitment expert and advisor to Tech stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Technology roles.
  • Evaluate candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit, while understanding their motivations.
  • Align recruitment targets by collaborating closely with Tech Sourcers and conducting your own sourcing efforts.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions with the team and Hiring Managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver results in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment, making swift decisions based on available information.
  • Work independently while maintaining strong partnerships with Tech Sourcers, Recruitment Coordinators, and Tech stakeholders.
  • Leverage data to inform your decisions and provide market insights that shape recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of in-house technical recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Expertise in recruiting technical talent for Software Engineering and Leadership roles in Full Stack, Back End, and Data Engineering.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems for candidate sourcing and management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Boolean search skills and experience with various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Background in Product, E-commerce, OTA, or internet companies.
