Work Environment

Our fulfillment center is spacious and well-maintained, allowing you to work comfortably without the crowding typical of other workplaces. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy working independently, this position is ideal for you.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule. The first shift operates from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a starting wage of $15 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Assemble boxes for shipping purposes.
  • Restock inventory in designated areas.
  • Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized.
  • Process returns in a timely and precise manner.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Fulfillment Center Manager.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with data entry is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Consistent attendance is essential.
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

This role requires employees to be on their feet for most of the shift. Occasional sitting, climbing, kneeling, or crouching may be necessary. Employees must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds and should possess good vision capabilities.
