Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business excellence and ensuring high standards across various business areas, including Business Development, Product, Project, Process, and Supplier Management. Your key objectives will include:
• Monitoring company key figures and creating analyses to evaluate and optimize performance
• Developing business development strategies and contributing to their implementation
• Designing, developing, and implementing new and existing products with your team
• Improving processes and leading projects to ensure success
• Selecting new service providers and partners, building solid business relationships, and being the main point of contact internally and externally
• Leading your team, acting as a coach and mentor, and supporting professional development
• Communicating effectively with company departments and stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with company goals
