We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Systems Analyst and Process Re-engineer to spearhead transformative Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

· Project Oversight and Stakeholder Engagement: Oversee project activities, schedules, and resources to guarantee the effective delivery of IT solutions. Collaborate with client stakeholders to navigate the phases of RPA project implementation and communicate the advantages of RPA initiatives. Liaise with cross-functional teams, update stakeholders on progress, and manage any challenges or risks that may emerge during the project lifecycle.

· Process Enhancement and Streamlining: Identify and assess opportunities for RPA process enhancement within the organization. Evaluate current processes, create process maps, design workflows, propose improvements, and work with teams to execute solutions that optimize operations and boost efficiency.

· Requirements Collection and Evaluation: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and assess business requirements for IT projects. This involves comprehending business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

· Industry Standards and Practices Analysis: Investigate and analyze relevant industry standards, requirements, and practices; present alternatives, make recommendations, and assist in implementing decisions. Keep abreast of IT market trends, federal regulations, and agency policies; advise on emerging trends and technologies in relation to organizational strategies.

· Systems Integration and Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements. This includes evaluating technology options, defining system architectures, and ensuring the compatibility and scalability of solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Specialized Experience Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Experience must include:

(1) Engaging in a functional capacity with end users to gather, validate, and test requirements.

(2) Designing and implementing RPA solutions in a technical environment while collaborating with technical teams.

(3) Experience with agile, waterfall, and/or hybrid SDLC methodologies.

Required Expertise:

· Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar.

· Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint (or equivalent presentation software).

· Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA, ServiceNow, or other automated requirements gathering tools.

· Experience in developing RTMs, mock-ups, wireframes, prototypes, and testing automation solutions.

· Knowledge of ITIL, PMBOK, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, and DORA metrics.

Additional Skills:

· Exceptional communication skills.

· Strong writing abilities.

· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Technology, or Engineering.

· Experience in the federal or defense sector is advantageous.

· Certifications in business analysis or process improvement methodologies are preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

· Must be a U.S. Citizen.

· Ability to obtain a U.S. Public Trust.

· Participation in the e-Verify program is required.

· Completion of a probationary period may be necessary.

· Submission of a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE Form 450) may be required upon entering the position and annually.
