Job Title: Clinical Operations Coordinator

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our Medical Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our medical team by reviewing medical records, capturing medical and treatment aspects of client treatment plans, and tracking metrics for all cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple teams and initiatives to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and audits of legal files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement quality clinical evaluations and team performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and KPIs to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse license.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Utilization Review, or Stroke.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

What We Offer:

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. offers a competitive salary range of $60,000.00-$75,000.00, contingent upon experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors. We also provide an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
