Job Opportunity

Armand Corporation, a leading M/WBE Construction Management firm, is seeking a full-time Construction Diversity Compliance Associate to oversee the administration and documentation of prevailing wages across various business enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the on-site construction financial team to ensure compliance with diversity regulations.
  • Evaluate and certify Disadvantaged Business Enterprises through Commercially Useful Function interviews.
  • Administer Diversity Compliance Software Systems for large-scale civil construction projects, including contract procurement, employee training, and client presentations.
  • Document and report payments, awards, certifications, and contract goal information to senior administrative staff.
  • Resolve issues related to Prime Contractor and subcontractor utilization of the Diversity Compliance Software System.
  • Participate in update meetings to address concerns of contractors and subcontractors.
  • Prioritize tasks, handle matters expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling wage reviews and Commercially Useful Function interviews, preferably in a government agency construction setting.
  • Ability to pass a TWIC and/or SWAC Background Check at High Level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
