Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and policies
  • Conduct regular file reviews to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide empowering feedback to programs to improve compliance
  • Partner with programs to develop and implement plans to address lapses in compliance
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Effectiveness Department to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, compliance, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply policy and procedures
  • Self-directed management of projects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
