Salary:

$100,000-130,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Strategic IT Project Director at Public Consulting Group, you will help organizations streamline operations and achieve strategic goals. Collaborating with our Technology Consulting team, you will provide project management services, expert analysis, and risk assessment strategies to clients.

Responsibilities include providing overall leadership, task coordination, and direct responsibility for deliverables and work products. These deliverables will be completed in accordance with our overall strategy, approach, and methodology.

You will oversee development of all deliverables, status reports, and other work products, as well as plan and oversee all project work and develop organizational change management strategies. You will also support project stakeholders' goals and outcomes, develop and manage project plans, execute project schedules, manage project budgets, and provide regular status reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with 5+ years of industry experience, 5+ years of project management experience using Agile and Waterfall techniques, and state agency experience. A PMP certification is required, and Quality Assurance experience is desirable.

Candidates must be located in the Midwest region of the US (MN, IA, NE, KS, MO, WI, ND, or SD) and have strong Microsoft Office applications skills, especially data analytics. They must also have excellent business writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences.
