Role Summary
The Product Channel Merchandiser (PCM) is responsible for formulating seasonal strategies that enhance key product opportunities across all customer engagement platforms. This role collaborates extensively with merchandising, marketing, planning, promotions, and visual teams to drive brand product focus, marketing initiatives, and a cohesive omni-channel experience. The PCM serves as the primary liaison between global category merchants and the marketing and digital teams, ensuring that product strategies are effectively communicated to the customer to promote overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to successfully launch product assortments and ensure seamless omni-channel presentations across various platforms.
  • Gain exposure to multiple organizational areas, particularly Senior Marketing and Digital User Experience Leadership.
  • Develop product collections and strategies in partnership with influencers and affiliates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Creative Director, stylists, and photography teams.
  • Engage in diverse tasks daily, driven by individual interests and curiosity.
  • Access comprehensive customer and site data, utilizing new platforms and insights that extend beyond traditional merchandising.
  • Participate in on-location and studio photoshoots.
  • Work with global teams across EMEA and APAC to align regional and global brand strategies.
  • Manage brand partnerships and events.
  • Act as a catalyst for innovation and creative opportunities that enhance our understanding and position in retail, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the customer journey.
